Property Access

  • There are separate quarters on the property, each with its own private entrance and designated parking space(s).
  • You have full access to the Country Cottage suite, parking, fire pit, garden, chicken coop, and children's swing.

Policies and Rules

  • Please be mindful of our family, other guests, and our neighbors regarding noise.
  • Please make the reservation for the accurate number of guests who will be staying. This is important for cleaning and preparing towels and linens for your stay and for the next guests.
  • Smoking or vaping is permitted only through the fence around the back, outside the view or smell of children. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and outside the residence.
  • Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved before booking. There is an up front pet fee and pet rent per night. Dogs must have current vaccinations, wellness, and grooming protocols before arrival, including bathing, brushing, and flea and tick treatments. All dogs must be crated at all times while you are away from the residence and must stay off all furniture when not crated. Dogs must be leash walked regularly and picked up after. Any accidents or pet damage must be reported immediately. Cats, pitbulls, pitbull mixes, or unknown mixes are not allowed.
  • There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug use and illegal activities. The grounds are monitored at all times by a video surveillance system.
  • Every shared wall in the main home has been doubly soundproofed for significant sound suppression. Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise at a considerate level.

  • There is an up front pet fee and a pet rent per night for dogs (allowed case by case, must be pre-approved).

Parking Information

  • A car is recommended. Free designated and private parking is available on the property. Each quarter has its own designated parking space(s).
